AHYC 2016-2017 Bartending List (Final)
Please see the AHYC Bartending List attachment. A bridge member will be there to open the clubhouse at 7:00pm on most dates (Earlier for General Membership Meetings). The bartender should arrive at 7:15pm and will receive instructions. The bartenders are not required to bring food. However, if you wish to, please let me know and I will send out an e-mail to the members...it seems to attract larger crowds. General Overview: Arrive by 7:15pm Review Drink Prices and Bartending Procedures Ensure all Guests Sign in using the guest book on the bar. The bartenders should plan on staying open until at least 10PM. However if no one is there, they may elect to close earlier. If their are members that want to stay past 10PM, the bartender can brief them on the closing duties and had the responsibility over to them. At the end of the night: Put dishes in dishwasher, take out the trash and recycling, lock the beer cooler, lock the money and beer cooler key in the middle closet (top right shelf). Vacuum if needed. On most nights the members that close down the club will help with the cleanup. Finally, ensure all of the lights are off and the door is locked. The point of contact for bartending is the Vice Commodore. |
